- Prevents go-live with unresolved risks or false positives
Installation & Commissioning Oversight
Provides hands-on support and assurance across install and commissioning phases.
- Tracks install progress against the critical path
- Monitors sequencing between trades, vendors, and site services
- Flags early slippage and milestones risks
- Validates subsystem handover readiness
- Ensures commissioning reflects real world system performance
Ramp-Up & Stabilisation
Protects your operation during cutover and early go-live.
- Monitors real-time performance during transition
- Helps manage throughput, backlog, and vendor support obligations
